- The Chosen Foods story began 6 years ago with the launch of our Avocado Oil, a revolutionary everyday cooking oil loaded with vitamin E and antioxidants that took the cooking world by storm. Since then we've launched a variety of oils, sprays, sauces, and dressings all based on our beloved avocado oil. We are the largest supplier of avocado oil in the world, and our brand can be found in every major retailer in the States and Canada, including favorites like Trade Joes, Sprouts, Albertson's and Costco. Through Costco we also have a global presence which includes South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Spain, France, the UK, Iceland, and Mexico to name a few.
- In 2016 we were ranked #47 in the Inc. 5000's fastest growing companies in America and stayed on the list in 2017. We have had continuous year over year growth and are looking at $140 million in sales in 2019. Our plans are to keep this strong momentum up for years to come by growing our offering to include new, exciting and innovative products surrounding the avocado as well as sharing the excitement and love of avocado oil abroad to international markets.
- We are headquartered in San Diego, CA with distribution centers here in San Diego, Lancaster PA, Laredo, TX, Mexico City, and Amsterdam. We currently employ about 100 people.
