Summary: E Mart, the leading hypermarket store chain in Korea, announced that it had acquired ¡®WithMe¡¯, a convenience store chain that has 90 stores around Seoul Metropolitan area. E Mart commented that ¡®WithMe¡¯ stores will be largely run as franchise retail business between E Mart and individual investors (store owners). E Mart plans to start recruiting investors (store owners) in the second half this year.
