Home Plus to Renovate Its Internet Shopping Site [Korean, OSY]

Summary: Home Plus, the second largest hypermarket grocery store chain in Korea, announced that its internet shopping site had been renovated and would open on June 1.  Some of the new features of the site includes easier product search.  In celebration of the site renovation, Home Plus will offer discount coupons to the first 12,000 visitors to the site.

 

Department Stores to Offer Special Sales Promotion on Imported Wine [Korean, OSY]

Summary: Lotte Department Store announced that it would offer special sales promotion on wine from June 1 through 10.  The promotion, participated by 8 importing companies, will feature 200,000 bottles of wine at as much as 80 percent discount from the regular price.  Hyundai Department Store also announced special promotion on wine from June 1 through 6 which will offer a wide variety of wine at special discounted price. 

 

Paris Baguette Opens More Stores in China [Korean, OSY]

Summary: Paris Baguette, the leading bakery franchise chain in Korea, announced that it had recently opened two new stores in China.  Total number of Paris Baguette store in China increased to 88.
