Great American Culinary Camp Seoul 2020
The ‘Great American Culinary Camp’ is the outcome of a long-term partnership between ATO Seoul and the Korean Alumni Association of the Culinary Institute of America (KCIA). This event has been held annually since 2014. The Great American Culinary Camp helps introduce quality U.S. ingredients, food, and beverages to Korean HRI food service industry professionals. KCIA will organize a project team composed of four to five alumni chefs. The activity includes a presentation on new trends in the American restaurant industry, a recipe book with sixteen recipe ideas reflecting U.S. restaurant industry trends, a tasting of five sample recipes and a tabletop showcase of U.S. products by USDA cooperators and suppliers.
